Someone canceled my daughter's appointment when we came in for her cleaning. One of the patients had the same last name & canceled their appointment assuming they were sisters. Glad they were able to get my daughter in or I would be very upset. My daughter did mention that the dental assistant was very nice, friendly and made her comfortable.
The front desk staff are friendly, informative, and helpful. The dentists have all been really great with all of our kids. The orthodontic side is equally friendly and informative and helpful. The overall atmosphere is very kid friendly and clean. My only complaint but it's a big one for me is the third-party they contract with for appointment setting up and payment processing. It was great I been going there my whole life
My two girls had a dental appointment yesterday. It was their first time at this dentist office. From the second we walked in we were greeted nicely and immediately got checked in. Everything was very smooth. The office was fun for the kids. Everything was explained to me and the kids were well taken care of . I’m so happy they had a great experience.
