Trying to get a refund for a botched filling that I had to replace less than a year later with another provider. Almost turned into a root canal. Also does unnecessary procedures. Impossible. Please avoid. If this review gets removed, I will keep posting.

Do not recommend! They incorrectly submitted our bill to insurance leading to it being denied. I have tried to work with them for 8 months now. I keep being transferred to different people. Every time I called to talk to someone about it they had an excuse. The billing department is extremely unorganized. And I'm extremely frustrated after 8 months of back and forth. Still unresolved.

Highly recommend against this practice. We were incorrectly billed at 4 separate visits and charged a no show fee when we never no showed. Every time I called to talk to someone about it they had an excuse…the systems down, the refund specialist is out, we will call you back, etc. It took 4 months of calling and arguing to get refunded. The billing department is extremely unorganized. The dentists here are also not great. My 5 year old is still traumatized from the way the dentist treated him when he got a cavity.
