The therapists are skilled and caring, and the management team is incredibly responsive. If any issue comes up, they follow through and resolve it quickly - often by the next day. It is very clear that they truly look after their participants. We’ve had a positive experience with both the practitioners and the practice managers..
Highly recommend KCC. my daughter sees Jessica, OT. She has been supportive and works towards my daughter's goals. Jess visits home and school, coaching both me and the teachers. My daughter was in an unsupported classroom and Jess supported me to transition my daughter to a new school. Jess also assists with support letters and communication with the school. Jess has made an impact on my daughter's outcomes.
Nat and her team are amazing! They’ve helped my kids make great progress with their speech, and the sessions are always fun and welcoming. Highly recommend!
