They are possibly great therapists but their business system is horrible. The website doesn't work. Tried it on multiple browsers. Possibly down during a move or something. But you can't leave a message. When you call, you HAVE to listen to annoyingly long recorded messages in thier phone system just to be told that they will send you a text were you must provide them with extensive private information . . . My son had an ADHD diagnosis is second grade. We found our way to Kids BRAIN when he was in high school. Dr. Caldwell really supported him owning his condition, he worked with someone on his executive function skills, and then he returned for another assessment and to talk through significance for college, strategies, and what might be useful to him. This is a fantastic place, with a wonderful collection of people who take their job, and their impact, very seriously. I can't overstate the impact that their work and advice have had on our family over the past few years. I can not say enough positive things about Kids Brain Inc and Dr. Caldwell! She has evaluated both of our boys and has help us better understand our amazing and complex kids. She not only spends a ton of time getting to know your child she also treats parents with kindness and understanding.
