This staff is the worst! Always loses forms, never returns phone calls, very unprofessional! I love Dr. Arrington but after 13 years it is time to move on. My best friend referred me but she saw the lack of professionalism years ago and went elsewhere.
I love Dr. Arrington but her staff is very unprofessional. I requested to speak with her today because I had an issue I wanted to discuss with her. Her staff let me sit in the lobby for 1 hour. Then the manager came out and said after 1 hour we closed, I need you to leave. Please leave before I call College Park police. I've never been treated like this at an Dr. Office.
Dr. Arrington is amazing but her staff is the worst. They are unprofessional they don't have a good bed side manner and they try to talk to you like your stupid. I always try to patronize black businesses but this is one of the reasons why I don't support and spend my money with black folks!!!!
The Dr. Is AWESOME! ! But a 2/12 hr wait. Was a no go for me. And not just one visit but every visit! Not to mention the terrible staff. They are rude and they lack professionalism. Currently on the search for a new Doctor.
No longer accepts walk-ins, NEVER answer the phone, will be finding my kids a new dr TODAY!
