Waste of time! My kiddos were new patients and they wanted me to bring my children's shot records before an appt. Could be made. As I arrived to the pediatrician's office with the shot workers in hand, the receptionist was locking the door. I pleaded for her to let me at least give her the records as we spoke on the phone just prior and I drove 25 minutes to bring them to her.
