RecommendedWe left USA specialities at The Strada Center in Mobile, because we weren't respected or listened too. Kids and Tummies listens, respects, and cares about their patients. Everyone was wonderful from the receptionist, nurses and Dr. Ulmer. I was very pleased with our visit today.
I had a great first experience. Staff was friendly and Dr Ulmer was knowledgeable. She explained everything that I needed to know and I left with a great first impression. She was great with my little girl. I can say this is the cleanest pediatrics clinic I’ve been to.
Would not recommend this place for nothing. It clearly states in my four month old sons patient file that he has a dairy allergy, which means nothing with milk. Apparently Dr. Ulmer doesn’t know what that means beings she prescribed my son a prescription that has a milk protein in with the ingredients of the medicine. Had we not had a wellness check with his pediatrician we would have never known that the medicine she prescribed had a milk protein in it. dr Wallace is amazing! always listens to my concerns
10 out of 10! They made my daughter and I very comfortable.
Dr. Wallace is awesome, we travel from Mobile to see her and this one trip I don't mind taking. my daughter is 8 and have suffered with G.I issue her entire life, there never have seemed to be solution. Dr. Wallace is slowly but surly getting her right.. I love her because she talks to my child, she listen to her and that what's count instead of shoving a prescription at her... sooooo if you're looking for a Good and I'm mean Good G. I Dr.. Don't hesitate..
Dr. Ulmer and staff are the BEST!! I cannot say enough great things about anyone in the office. Front desk is always so welcoming and helpful. Nurses are so involved, and have been helpful through this whole process. Dr. Ulmer has the best bedside manners, and is so thorough and makes you feel like family! We don't mind making the drive to the office at all. From day one they have been so accommodating in getting us in and taking care of each and every need. Seriously can't say thank you enough!!
