I can’t say anything but wonderful things about Kids 101. We had such a great experience! Robyn, the manager, and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I loved that they included me in everything and explained things so clearly along the way. Both of my boys were seen fast and treated amazingly. The dentist was very knowledgeable, helpful, and made a plan for both of them. So thankful for such a smooth and positive visit! Highly recommend!
I’m giving 3 stars because the lack of communication with the front desk. My son came here one time when he was about 2 or 3 he is 7 now. I moved back in the area and made an appointment and called to reschedule but yet I was told it’s $50 cancellation fee. Remind you haven’t received a followed email regarding this appointment nor any paperwork that may have needed to be updated from years ago, also the initial schedule the lady didn’t mentioned it as I related this to the lady at the front desk. I took my niece in to get her wire removed because my sister, her mother, was at work and unable to make the appointment. I cannot recommend this pediatrician dental office highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the entire team was warm, friendly and welcoming. What impress me the most was how they spoke directly to my daughter explaining every step of the process in a way she could understand, making sure she knew what was happening and helping her feel comfortable. Finding Dr. Sanchez and her team was an absolute answer to my prayers! After three failed, stressful attempts at large corporate dental offices, she provided the compassionate, ethical care my daughter desperately needed. Unlike the other offices that aggressively claimed, "She needs 7–8 crowns, needs to be sedated, and you can't come to the back," Dr. Sanchez was able to completely treat my daughter with zero sedation and absolutely no crowns.
