The staff, the experience, everything, is and was absolutely amazing! It's given me an extra 15 years so far with my family and friends that I wouldn't have had! A few years ago I called CPMC to follow up and to see where I was on the list. I was told that they lost my records. I was very upset. I received a transplant here before and a a positive experience. Now after a few years went by the call me for a re evaluation. What! I just received another transplant from u c davis.they were on point. I felt neglected by CPMC. Like they don't care or someone is not doing their job I love the transplant team at uc davis. They are on point and show that they care.
They were incredible and very caring. This kidney allowed my husband to live an extra 5 amazing years ….
Very professional, attentive, yet supportive, compassionate and went out of their way to help us.
