Certain office personnel are Very rude and pushy over the phone to the point of verbal conflict whereas verbal baiting and provocation takes place. To think you can act In such a rude way and don’t think you have it coming back to you in the same manor is obnoxious. Leading up to provoking patients and clients to “come down here… “ the baiting techniques, and to then try and turn things 180 after you have acted in that manner by calling the police to try and gain the upper hand. You are the perfect example of dirt.

Receptionist never answer phone lack of professionalism.Its never extremely busy.Major hospital like Cleveland Clinic and Mayo Clinic are easier to reach.Answer machine full can't leave a message poor customer service.

My dad was a patient at Greenview Hospital under these physicians care. He walked into the hospital on a Tuesday and by Thursday, his health declined, and he was wheeled out on Saturday. The doctor told us it was due to his kidney’s . On Friday, his creatinine was at 6.6, was not producing urine and told it was due to an infection. On Saturday, Dr. Bhatti told us he was going to give him more fluids (sodium bicarbonate) to flush his kidneys and the kidney disease was the cause. He would be put on dialysis in 48 hrs. Best kidney docs around! Been with this Group for years even in E-town and Leitchfield. Was so excited when they finally opened an office locally.
