Drs and staff are very knowledgeable and professional.
It is difficult to get test results calling multiple times with no return call as promised. My primary is never copied unless I make a special request. Today was a second request for results and the staff person was tart, defensive and once again promised a call back which I did not receive...I love the doctors here but staff can be abrupt and don't follow through. It happens I Am having a series of tests and my primary would like to have the report so he does not order duplicate tests
Employees are terribly rude ..putting folks on hold for half an hour then hanging up on. Me. Sevral times. Playing games. I never was able to make an aww )appt. Really messed up place. The staff is.
We have been going to Dr Griffith since my daughter was born 2 years ago. We love her and the staff. My now 8 month old son had to be hospitalized and Dr Griffith was always informative and supportive during a very scary time. We would never dream of taking our babies elsewhere. This office is a perfect fit!
