Trying to get in for my kidneys and never even get to my first appointment. The receptionist says three voicemails were left with me me over the last couple weeks, I spoke to a lady once and was not told about blood work, I only had 1 voicemail a few hours before my appointment today stating it was rescheduled because they could not contact me. The receptionist was very rude and I will not be using this doctors services thanks to the receptionist Carmen. First impressions are everything.
