I arrived for my 10:30 appointment. As a first time patient I filled out the form and waited to be called. Once called in by the nurse I had my BP, height & weight taken. Then I had a EKG and waited. and waited and then waited some more. At this point it was 12:11 and I had to go back to work so I went out of the room and asked how much longer till I would be seen. The reply was 5 min more. And so I waited for 5 min more. At this point I had had enough waiting and asked to reschedule when Dr. Higgins comes around the corner ... read more
