I've been a patient with Kidney Associates for about 5 years. Dr. Prakash and the staff are terrific. Friendly and professional. And while hardly anyone "loves" going to the doctor, this group makes it as pleasant as possible. I am happy to recommend Kidney Associates.
The staff here are super friendly. I spoke with Elizabeth, one of the medical assistant’s the other day on the phone. She was absolutely amazing, listen to all my fears and my anxiety and literally stayed on the phone with me to talk through everything. I want to thank her so much for staying late and for being super understanding to my situation. I really hope that she continues working at this clinic for a while. We need people like you in healthcare!
