Dr Pendyala himself is great, but he has some of the rudest receptionists I have ever talked to. They are quick to cut you off mid sentence and speak very unkind and snippy with you.
Very attentive. Worked closely with my mother and the family to give my mother great care. Did not send students to take care of her. Explained everything so we could understand. More than pleased with Dr. Pendyala.
