Absolutely the best urgent care I’ve been to for my kids. They are always so nice, quick, and listen to all concerns! They've also called to check on them the next day and have called after hours to give me test results. 100% recommend!
I have visited on two occasions now once for my oldest in 2025 was told she had an ear infection ended up having to see her pediatrician the next day and she did in fact not have an ear infection at all it was a viral infection. Everyone was very rude and not welcoming. The interaction with my baby was not something to expect from a pediatric urgent care. I drove a ways away to come here specifically because it’s pediatric versus going to an urgent care by my house. We make it to the back with the NP, she then tells me they can’t swab and test my sick baby because their swabbing tests are broken/not working.
