We had the female dentist in the past. She was nice, but she pushed so much unnecessary work. She wanted my daughter to have 5 crowns put on for minor cavities/precavities and insisted that it should be done under general anesthesia at a surgery center even though she does excellent in the dental chair. She also wanted everyone to get sealants on back molars. I'm thankful we got a second opinion from Dr. Rotter who thinks only one of the crowns in needed and is letting her do it in office with laughing gas. I appreciate him ... read more
Dr G was fantastic with my 2.5 year old daughter. My daughter was scared at first but once Dr G started to sing to her she calmed down. Then after she was done she explained very clearly on the status of my daughter's teeth. After that she was so nice that she took my daughter by hand to look at the talking dinosaur. She knows how to handle kids very well and I highly recommend her and this office. The office was very clean and neat looking for the kids.
Everyone was wonderful!! My son doesnt do well with the note wing X-rays, they were so great and understanding with him, and they didn't force it after he tried the first time. Dr. Govindaiah was amazing with my son and also explaining everything to me. I would highly recommend this office and so glad we found Kiddo Dental!
Service was awesome! Always my kids are treated kindly especially when they fear the X-ray machine but the staff handles my kids so well.
We have coming for the last four year and all four of my children enjoy coming, of course two of them still freak out a little but the staff is awesome in handling there outburst.
Dr Rotter, always takes his time with the child and parent explaining what is going on. He is so good with the kids, keeping them at ease. His front office staff belies his kindness.
The lady that helped us in back was wonderful!
The doctor and staff are highly experienced with knowing what children need to feel safe and comfortable. Parents don't need to worry, my kids had a great time and now my 5 year old dentist fear is gone! Thanks Dr Rotter and staff!
Front office staff argued with me over my copay. I have had the same insurance for years now and know that I do not have a copay. I even showed her my insurance's policy website that said I do not have a copay. She said that she has been doing this for years and knows insurance better than I do. Finally she turns to her coworker and asks if I have a copay and the coworker confirms that I do not have a copay.
