Love the place, stylist did great job, can recommend this place, cute seats for kids , little presents after haircuts, and good stuff.
Love taking my kids here! The ladies are experienced and quick with my 1yr old for his first haircut . Even gave us a certificate & keepsake of his first cuts of hair. They accommodate walk ins on busy days and have such cute entertainment for the kids to keep occupied while being serviced. Highly recommend! Brenda & Karla are great :)
Worker was extremely rude. Looked at us when we came in but then completely ignored us. When we finally said something she says in a rude voice "You need to call for haircut" mind you the place was completely empty.
Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. When we arrived, there were no staff at the front of the shop. Our appointment was booked for both children simultaneously, yet only one stylist was available, which immediately felt unprofessional and added stress as a solo parent. The stylist did not introduce herself or engage with my son at all. We’ve taken our children to several kids’ hair salons before, and the contrast was striking. We brought our 3½-year-old daughter to Kiddo Cuts in Yorktown Mall for her very first haircut, and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. Ari has always struggled with brushing and detangling because of sensory sensitivities. Even gentle brushing at home can lead to crying, screaming, and complete meltdowns, and her hair had become one large, matted tangle.
