They left a spot in my daughter's hair and complained about rebraiding her hair. The owner and the manager informed me that my daughter's hair was too coarse and they couldn't do much more with it. I know ofyou child's hair thank you. My daughter doesn't like the place. That was my sign !

I used to send my daughter here for about a year and the prices are ridiculous. Her hair was braided so tight that she had a huge bald spot and of course they didn't take responsibility for it. I was told to contact corporate and they would handle it. That was over a month ago. No phone call, no email not anything. I will never bring my child back
Very over priced and unprofessional. Used to love taking my daughter here but the quality of the hair styles isn't the same at all and the customer service is horrible!
They did my mixed daughter hair in the time I needed and she look even more beautiful than what she already is .thanks again
Hate it would NEVER patronize this establishment. Then people say we don't support our own. Well, places like this don't make me want to. I want to give it zero stars but it's making me give at least one
