We were very pleased with dealing with Paul Kidd. He was very prompt on returning calls and setting up appointments. He laid down the guidlines on what we needed to have, do and know to win our case. Thankfully, we ended up avoiding a battle in court, but would have been more than confident and pleased to have Paul Kidd by our side. In the end, Paul Kidd fulfilled everything we asked for from the beginning, without the lengthy court custody battle! We recommend Paul Kidd 100%!!!!
I no longer wanted to be married but the last thing i wanted to do was file for divorce. Mr. Kidd took my case and made a terrible event tolerable for me. I felt safe that he would take care of the details and make certain there were no 'hidden clauses'. He even went to court without me. Paul Henry Kidd, Jr. handled my case for me. It wasn't Kramer Vs. Kramer, but it did go to court 16 times in 18 years. I won out at ever court appearance. It cost, but not as much as Kramer Vs. Kramer. The results were much better too.
I have been to three County Fairs (marriages) and two goat ropings (divorces)...and I have never seen a family lawyer better than Paul. He takes care of his business, is personable, and has saved me countless dollars over the years. I only know of four attorneys that I consider likeable, and Paul tops that list. He is truly the American Express of Attorneys...don't leave for court without him.
Mr. Kidd's prenuptial agreement saved me a great deal of potential alimony. It went unchallenged by the other side because of its completeness.
