They got a nasty attitude I’m pregnant they had one employee yelling and getting smart with me cuz another employee wasn’t doing they job which is tell me to call medicine so therefore being said I’m try to get in touch with the head people person about this
Harsh on wheelchair and will not take accountability.
this driver was COMPLETELY recklessly driving. so bad to the point i searched up this organization. she yelled and threw hands up at me for going the speed limit. rode my bumper and then came SO close to hitting me because she used a TURNING LANE to pass me when she could have easily used the lane beside me. do not recommend.
Drivers ran red lights multiple times
Scheduling was easy. The dispatchers are friendly. I was picked up on time. Sometimes they have to come early because other people are picked up as well. Drivers are very professional. The communication is 10 out of 10. The Drivers give 2 courtesy calls. 1 at night and 1 when they are on the way. That way if anything changes you will know. I am forever thankful for a ride and I love Kid One!
