Charged an illegal “convenience fee” on my debit card without telling me and said nothing when I said something about it twice; once to the front desk and second time to NP herself. My child’s date of birth was inputted incorrectly and it wasn’t until I was sent an email for the patient portal and I was trying to input his birthday to confirm him as the patient that I found out. Checked in at 6:52 & on our way at 7:15. We couldn’t be happier with the kind care & speedy attention. We will definitely be coming for all of our sick visits
We were vacationing out of town when our 7mo old started to get goopy eyes & a cold. We went into their office right after they opened at 10am and were in and out by 10:45am. Summer took her time to educate us on what was going on and was so welcoming. If you need to take your little ones somewhere while they're sick, we highly recommend bringing them here!
Wow what an amazing experience for my daughter and I. Raya greeted us when we walked in, she was very kind and was very patient. Kayla the NP student was very informative, friendly, and is going to be an amazing NP. Summer the NP who came in after was incredibly reassuring and explained the symptoms my daughter was having and how to treat it at home as there was no infection. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone. However they told me to bring in my child in and when I got there 20 minutes later, they all left and closed. Now on my way to the Myrtle Beach office who confirmed that they are in fact open.
