Water is always being shut off for maintenance, when the water is on it’s ice cold. So frustrating to come home from 10+ hour shift and cant even shower. Forced to pay $120 for water when it isn't even usable.
I will give it zero star if I can . The worst apartment here . Always turning off the water and always turning off the hot water line . I am trying to move out of the apartment and they are making it a living hell . Worst place ever . Run if you can .
1 start is pushing it! I have been here since March of 2024 I am very disappointed they want somebody to pay 1,000 in rent but yet the water pressure and temp is horrible! My dishwasher is still clogged and they said they would replace it and my new dishwasher has been outside for a week. because they LOST the key to my apt which is very unsafe knowing that a key to my apt is just floating around. If I could give 0 stars I would, I had an extremely disappointing experience with this apartment complex. When I arrived on move-in day, the apartment was not even ready. It was clear that no effort had been made to prepare the unit it had multiple maintenance issues that should have been addressed long before my arrival. Throughout my stay, I dealt with a series of unaddressed problems, including faulty plumbing, and worst of all, mold.
