When you decide to sell yourself as serving Southern food, you don't get a pass because you are located in the PNW. And you really need to hit the mark every time when your menu is so small. They get stars for really good service, but that is it. The brisket was cool, not warm, and easily 1/4 of it was fat. The content of the kielbasa, but the skin was too thick. Not crazy about it. Full disclosure: I lived in Texas for a while so I know what barbecue should be. The collard greens were really good....more of a Deep South dish though. The corn was not. It was a small half of a cob and overdone. The barbecue sauce was OK.
The meats were good (average) the side dishes however were disappointing, cornbread very dry (also very small portion but not a big deal since it wasn't very good), tasteless coleslaw and salt and vinegar chips you can get from a bag. Unfortunately, would not recommend.
