Did the circuit class tonight, kicked my butt! Khan is so encouraging all the time! Makes every workout so fun! Love the variety of class choices!
I absolutely recommend taking classes at KickHouse for people looking to both workout and get some kickboxing moves. All the coaches are very helpful and the energy is amazing. They really try to foster a a good environment that’s very non stressful and non judgmental! I recommend it to everyone!!
Very Friendly staff. I never did kick boxing and it was easy to try with the 1st class being free
I loved the class and the instructor was really encouraging as well others boxers! Definitely will be returning.
Interesting switch-up. I enjoyed the CircuitKick with the Express ClassicKick class; however, since it is essentially TWO classes that are back-to-back and without a break in between, it really should be (in all fairness) counted as ONE class...not TWO. Other than that, it was a great workout!
