invited me for an workout to assess my abilities of kickboxing for possible job on Thursday. Worked out for an hour unpaid. Went home, followed up, he never responded. Bad communication. UPDATE a lot of things happened. communication went chaotic. i wrote a small review. Yup. That's life. Capitalism. *drinks coffee*

I absolutely love the kickboxing and strength classes. Total body workout. James and his team helped me lose weight, provided healthy eating plan and get me out of my comfort zone. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Skillz. Thanks James.

This school was pretty good when I started going, likely because of the instructors who work there (Honestly, Jesse and Gabe are the best.) However, there's a focus on weight loss that is incredibly toxic - even if you tell them that your goal isn't weight loss, or that you just want to have fun, they'll mention it over, and over, and over again.
