James and his team are expert coaches, offering proper technique workouts, and offer wonderful regular food diets to help you with your goals. They make you accountable with regular weigh ins and pay attention to your progress with tremendous motivation and guidance.

The team is great and supportive. I have an injury and they empower me to work hard within my own abilities. I sweat, I punch and kick things, I eat better and I get check ins. Im feeling amazing and after 5 months I've lost 20lbs!
I contacted the gym in July to start the free 21-day challenge, which turned out not to be free; it actually cost $102. At that time, I explained that I have a bad knee and wasn't sure I could participate in kickboxing, as I need cortisone injections every 6 months to a year and can't do stairs or inclines without pain.
