Nia truly cares about others success and motivates you in a way that makes you feel good about your transition. She is patient, kind, and loving. She WANTS you to succeed and your wins are her wins too! I cannot recommend her enough. If you’re on the fence- just jump- she’ll always be there to catch you.

Nia has been amazing to work with. I've trained with her for a few years now (I have NEVER been this consistent lol) and I don't plan on going anywhere else! She pushes you to be the best you and will hold you accountable which is what I need. If you're serious about your fitness/health I would definitely recommend her.
