A pleasure to work with ! Kichka was delightful and professional. As first time home buyers, we felt informed and confident every step of the way. Kichka went above and beyond, doing some extra research about the property, hounding people when other parties weren't responsive, etc. She even held our baby and kept her entertained while we were busy signing things at closing!

Attentive, Responsive and Diligent . I had the pleasure of working with Kichka in the purchase of a property in Middletown, NY. I was largely out of town and the seller's agents and attorneys weren't so easy to coordinate with.
