Dr. Kica was recommended by my former dentist and by a friend. She seems very qualified and take time explaining your medical situation. She seems to be abreast of the current research and always tried to avoid unnecessary treatment. She does not push you to do anything like some other dentists. She is friendly and cheerful. A warning: she does not use silver compound to fill your back teeth and insurances don't pay for it so you have to pay the difference out of pocket which can by $150 extra.
