Placed a mobile order directly from their site and it added a STAFF TIP that I could not remove. It appears THEY TIP THEMSELVES and if so, that is an utterly deceiving practice. Also, the girls here are very rude. They are so cold and combative and make you feel like a nuisance for no apparent reason. REPLY TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: No, you have the wrong order/customer. That wasn't me.
Really great food. Server was new and not really sure what they were doing. Service was pretty poor but food was amazing and fresh
I like Kibo their food is good even though they are a franchise. This location is my favorite; the restaurant is cozy and has an authentic, Japan-like atmosphere. I’m giving 4 stars for service because when I requested more water, I had to ask twice. To be fair, the restaurant was full, but the waitress didn’t apologize for forgetting.
I love this place. There's something for everyone. They're so accommodating with allergies too. Kibo offers many vegan sushi dishes as well. The sushi is always fresh and staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
