The guy that serve me today is so rude he is so grumpy and gave me atittude whn the take out food is ready he use his finger to.call me he is preparing the salad on the table one of the drrssing container fell on the floor he just pick.it up and put it bk omg so.nasty
I ordered the Maki Platter B (42 pcs) online around 6:15 PM, and it was ready by 6:40 PM. I picked it up around 6:45, and the photo was taken at 7:06 right when the Jays game started. The preparation was very fast, which I appreciated. But the rice in all the sushi was SO DRY it honestly felt like it had been sitting out for hours. Ordered via Uber Eats the love boat for 4. It showed up in a reasonable time. Everything was packaged great and even the presentation was good. Flavours were good even though it was delivered - the quality was not compromised. Would like to come in person to experience.
Food was great and the staff is very attentive even though there's just a few of them. You can see the teamwork and the urgency. I see the comments that's too selfish. Try working by yourself with dine in and take aways. I bet those people won't even last for even half an hour.
This place is not it. Zero stars if I could. The worst Kibo location. Not only the sushi was looking sad, it wasn’t even average at best - low quality and took forever too. They need to hire more employees. There’s only urgency BECAUSE there’s only a very few employees. You can find better quality, taste, and service for the same price elsewhere. You’re basically paying for the sauce which makes up the flavor. Never again.
