We had a unique experience with this process! Like most construction projects we had a lot of delays. There were issues with contractors too! When we started working with our new designer Erin Broughton she helped get everything fixed, ordered, and completed! She was so timely in her communication, and really cares for her customers. They used a company called Urban Oasis and their team was exceptional! Excellent customer service! Very nice people. They didn’t have what I needed at their store (since I needed it asap today!) but they graciously helped me find another store that had the tile in stock. 10/10 I do recommend!!!
