The employees were professional, they answered all my questions accurately, & the product is amazing.
We purchased carpet for our family room and wood flooring for our den in August 2025. One is required to pay in full up front. That is not necessarily a negative unless you have issues. Carpet installation. Installers were pleasant but there were issues. The room is large and has a long sectional on one side. Fantastic experience from sales to install *
Worst process just to get new kitchen cabinets and countertops. Drawn out process. Takes weeks just to get prices. Various contractors. Very expensive from what I can tell. And cant even get a price on countertops. Then installation would take weeks. Just insane
