Just tried calling for an estimate. Asked what their availability was. When I told the sales person, I just wanted to see if someone could do it sooner he got all rude and negative about anyone else. That could do it sooner. Make sure you don’t just call this company and get other estimates there’s guys that do things for less and still do good work and can get you in within a week.
Unfortunately I cannot spend time to exhaustively detail everything that went wrong with my experience with Carpet One while retaining my self-respect in light of all the time I've already wasted with them (about eight months worth). Suffice it to say that their bottom line is their absolute highest priority and that you will cease to be important as soon as you make your payment, regardless of what goes wrong with the job thereafter. Placed a wall to wall carpet order. Was told 4-6 weeks. Ok. But we need full payment up front. Not ok. That’s how we’ve always done it. My husband wanted to walk away but he knew I loved the carpet. 6 weeks to the day we called to check on the order. Server down, we’ll call you tomorrow. No call next day or day after.
