Dr Nikkhou is a capable surgeon. His office and staff are a complete disaster. I don’t know how many reviews and how many in person complaints this office needs before he actually changes his systems and practices. Refusal to return phone calls, refusal to send records to other medical professionals, lack of follow up. A very simple process to fix yet hundreds of reviews similar to this are apparently not enough deterrent. I personally know of several patients that have avoided this surgery for similar complaints.
