Dr Michel is very caring and spends time explaining everything very clearly and cohesively. His staff is very nice as well. His PA Tony is also great!
I visited Dr. Michel’s office multiple times for treatment of prostatitis. Dr. Michel himself is knowledgeable and, on a personal level, generally pleasant. Unfortunately, the office is disorganized and the staff is careless. Their negligence caused me nearly two weeks of unnecessary pain and suffering. Despite clearly noting my allergy to a specific antibiotic on my original patient intake forms, the staff failed to enter this information into their system.
