Wonderful leasing team! Michaela first nailed down EXACTLY what we are looking for. Even before we toured the building, she provided very helpful and detailed information about the building and lease (longer lease terms are much appreciated), as well as links to video tours of the apartments that would be the best fit for us. I moved in just a few months ago, and the process was smooth from the start. Michaela and Cheri were helpful during the leasing phase—they answered all my questions and made it easy to compare different units so I could make an informed decision. I really enjoy living here! My apartment was in excellent condition when I moved in, and the view of the Space Needle from my window is absolutely stunning. The shared spaces are beautifully maintained—clean, safe, and inviting. The building's security is top-notch, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Cheri, Hong, Michaela, and Sara for making the experience even better!
Just moved to Kiara and am impressed by the excellent condition of the facilities. The rooftop amenities and view make for a great experience! Kiara is also located conveniently next to H-Market and Whole Foods. Michaela Campbell my leasing agent was very helpful during my whole leasing and move-in process and worked to accommodate various requests I had. She made my move to Kiara and Seattle considerably easier. Thank you Michaela and the rest of the staff!
