I lived here for 3 years and have nothing but great things to say about this place. The staff is amazing and always helpful and the location and amenities are top notch. Overall it was an extremely pleasant experience. Only potential issue is pricing is fairly high, however in my personal opinion you get what you pay for.
I had a disappointing experience at Kiara Apartments. I arrived around 3:30 PM and asked the front desk if Michaela (who I had been corresponding with via email) was available for a tour. The front desk checked on their system and confirmed she was free until 5 PM, and directed me to speak with her. However, when I met with Michaela, she told me she was fully booked and could not accommodate a tour.
