I signed my lease at Kiara sight unseen and, when asked if I like my building, I often tell people how lucky I feel have had an apartment work out this well. The staff here are so friendly and the building feels very safe. The roof has some of the best views in SLU and Seattle as a whole; it is huge with quality indoor and outdoor furniture so we find ourselves spending a lot of time up there. I lived here for 3 years and have nothing but great things to say about this place. The staff is amazing and always helpful and the location and amenities are top notch. Overall it was an extremely pleasant experience. Only potential issue is pricing is fairly high, however in my personal opinion you get what you pay for.
