Best place I've ever lived. They really maintain a high standard that's hard to find anywhere else. The building, location, and amenities are incredible. They have the best maintenance and porter team ever. Everything is fixed and cleaned immediately and daily and they also happen to be wonderful people. Kiara has amazing events and the kindest team always around to help with anything. Honestly this is probably one of the best luxury high rises in Seattle. All the amenities and spaces are super clean and super nice. The view from the rooftop is superb and there's a 24h concierge so you never need to worry about your packages. All of the employees at Kiara are the nicest! I always get notifications for when I have a package and reminders. It is a bit expensive but so are other luxury high rises so if you can afford it, and are looking for a nicer place, this is definitely it!
Kiara is the one to choose if you work at SLU! Super convenient place to live, multiple choices for groceries within 5 min walk. Amenities are luxury and the views on 41 floor is stunning. Staffs are professional and warm. Rent is reasonable comparing similar apartment nearby. I enjoyed it so far.
Great location and amazing building management & amenities! We particularly enjoyed our leasing and move-in process (huge thanks to Michaela for making everything so smooth for us!)
