Brian Carpenter did an amazing job listing our rental property, coordinating with buyers/showings/tenants. All of this was accomplished with me not stepping foot on the property or the city the property was listed in. One showing, one contract, one closing- all done virtually without any major issues. A+ transaction.

Brian is a true professional, knowledgeable, highly responsive, and efficient. He kept everything organized, hit every deadline seamlessly, and made the entire closing process completely stress-free. Recommended!

John Albriton is very east to work with. He works hard and efficiently to help you get the home you want. He was able to quickly narrow down the options to my needs, and I had a contract within just 3 days. I recommend him highly.

Brian Carpenter with Kiamie exceeded all of our expectations. He knew the market conditions and helped make the process so simple from start to finish. He was extremely proactive with his marketing and details all the way to closing. His communication with us was the very best. We are very happy we chose him to help us with our real estate needs.
