Dealt with sienna at service centre she was really nice.
Brought my car in for an oil change and the service guys are always great! Gerald and Rutvik are always a pleasure to deal with. Always polite and not too pushy. I usually wait around for the oil change to be done and they always seem to get it out quicker.

We booked an oil change appointment last week under our warranty, which clearly includes 3 free oil changes per year. When we arrived, we were suddenly told that we now have to pay for the service. No prior notice. No explanation.
