Realmente decepcionado, en otras ocasiones el servicio ha sido excelente, pero en esta ocasión no fue así, fui por un mantenimiento y me querían cobrar un servicio de más sin darme explicación,?ademas me entregaron el carro sucio, en otras ocasiones lo dan limpio, parece que al yo cuestionar algunas cosas el servicio fue pésimo, Que pena porque en otras ocasiones ha sido bueno, no soy de quejarme pero realmente me sentí muy mal hoy, además deseo agregar que mi auto fue comprado en ese Dealer en la US1

Greatest experience for a car service you could ask for. The driver called the day prior to schedule the car pickup. Arrived the next morning on time and left a loaner behind. Car was serviced and returned within a few hours. Courteous and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
