I recently had my Kia Niro EV in for recommended maintenance at South Dade Kia, including tire balancing and rotation. The experience was smooth from start to finish. I especially appreciated their convenient vehicle pick-up and drop-off service... it made the whole process hassle-free. Everything was done on time and professionally. Great service overall!
Very attentive service. Manny is very considerate and helpful.
I had a great experience in the service department. My service advisor, Everett, was very friendly, efficient, and made sure my car was done as quickly as possible. He even made sure my car was washed and vacuumed before I took it home! Terrific service! :-)
The drop off was easy and quick; however, Car was not ready when estimated, couldn't reach person to get an exact time for pickup (had to call 3 times to get information). Was almost late for another appointment
