I went to this service center a few times because I purchased the car here... but I have had consistently mediocre service each time. I switched and now do my services at the Carmel Kia location, which is totally amazing! I will definitely purchase my next Kia from Carmel. To give a more detailed explanation... I took my Kia here for the 30k mile service, where they quoted me very high prices for some of the services. I denied them because the price just seemed too expensive.
