All of this is because I took my car in for a warranty repair and they broke my windshield , took about a month and a half to get it back. This is after they replaced my windshield they broke and refuse to fix or acknowledge, they hang up when I called. Had a friend call and find out why , “ their service advisor instructed everyone to hang up due to the money they’ve put out” My car pulls in other lanes randomly and is no longer safe to drive , they know this and it causes a wreck they are liable and do not care they tried ... read more
Word if mouth is the best advertisement !!! I bought my car brand new . They “forgot” to paper plate it, and I drove from Muncie to UC, then to Richmond before I became aware of it. They finally agreed to bring it to me there. I have had one oil change and did not have a good experience . But in trying to be fair, I came back. Today they wanted to charge me $70 to change my cabin air filter due to “possible rodent remnants” . Respectfully, I declined. Outstanding customer service, took my crv there for extended warranty work, due to victory honda not fixing in 1st place. They stayed in constance communication and repaired in timely manner
