Very friendly service from the moment I walked into the showroom to the time I left. I told management (Tom/Joey) and Sales associate Chris my overall needs and budget which eliminated all the negotiations and my needs were met - no hazzle, no wasted time - great experience!

Very friendly staff. Chris needs to get a little more familiar with hybrids, but was overall familiar with Optima and history of Kia. A little confusion over final price of vehicle, but all was resolved and I was satisfied with the outcome. I would definitely recommend dealership to others. Fair pricing and very helpful sales crew.

I had my 60,000 mile maintenance and an inspection. So I knew it was going to be pricey. During the inspection it was noted that I needed new front brakes. Dennis left me three messages on my cell. But what was impressive is that he didn't stop there. He used my email to then contact me via email. I thought his tenacity in making sure there were no surprises for me was incredible. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
