Contacted this dealership with a pre approval. Picked a car out. Was working the deal. Sold the car I was working on a deal with them. Then to be told they had a black one. Awesome. I tell them I have pre approval numbers already and they say they are super close to those numbers etc. after asking for them to send me the numbers multiple times (they never did) I drive two hours down to see it and come to find out it’s an automatic. I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my experience with the Service Department at Jack Daniels Kia, which I believe reflects extremely poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable vehicle handling—especially for a warranty repair. I have had nothing but problems with this dealership!!!! Where to start, I have only had my 2024 Kia Sorento for almost a year and a half. If you’re thinking about buying from Romeo Kia of Kingston in Lake Katrine, NY, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. I recently purchased KIA Soul at KIA of Covington. The service was excellent, and Caleb Lee, one of the Finance specialists, was a great help. I took a trip with my daughter in her KIA and was impressed with the quality of the ride. I am a disabled veteran and wear hearing aids. I could actually hear her while we were driving at highway speeds. I love the KIA Soul. It is a high-quality automobile, and it runs great. It also has many great features. Not reliable at all, customer service, orientation and delays are a norm. Think 1000x times before you visit here. The sales manager Angel Ortiz, his sales team (Mohammad Riaz) and his finance team led by Jesus are a total waste of time. There is no compassion, no business model, no service model in place. Working haphazardly with no focus on customer requirements. Please please please find some other KIA showroom. Kia is a great upcoming brand but please find the right showroom and definitely not Kia of Round Rock!

I bought a '23 ram 2500 from them in September. I traveled from out of state to get this and it was missing a passenger side mirror. They told me that they had it already and it would be installed when I came to pick up the vehicle. I got there and no mirror. Then I was told it was due in a week, and they would get it to me. It is December now, and I HAVE TO BEG FOR AN UPDATE. Nobody will return my calls, no update on when the parts are due, and definitely no support. I feel like they got my money and could care less.
