After A long day of work I came out to my car to find a flat tire. It was the end of the day, and many technicians had gone home, and the Kia garage looked pretty empty. Kia didn’t think they could have my car done by the evening so they asked if they could keep until the morning and then offered me a ride home, which worked but not Ideal. Then 2 minutes later one of the managers came out to tell me they were going to make it happen and fixed the tire themselves!!
