I recently visited Kia of Frisco and got help from Joon. He was extremely knowledgeable about cars and, more importantly, really listened to my needs — something that’s hard to find in a salesperson these days. Unlike many others, he was genuinely attentive and caring. Even after I bought my car, his kindness didn’t stop there, which left a lasting impression on me. I’m joking, but he was so great that I almost wanted to buy another car from him!
Joon Lee is the best sales person that I've met ever. He is nice, honest and professional. He make me feel comfortable and easy to make a decision shortly. I always call him first when I need to buy a new car!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Midtown Kia. I had the best experience. I worked with Darren. He was very professional. He listened to what I was wanting and delivered. He was not a pushy sale's person which I appreciate because I normally walk away in that situation.
They are selling cars that has a lot of issues, they are what you called legal scammers.
Our family members have bought multiple kias here. We purchased a new 2024 kia telluride in my home state of Alabama because Beck & Masten wanted around $12,000 more than what we ended up paying at the time for the same trim level. Since we lived in Tomball we came to Beck & Masten to get our oil changed. They offered us a package for 3 oil changes for $180. My pregnant wife went to pick up her car after the first oil change and there was allegedly a coolant leak that was under warranty. They spent almost two weeks replacing... read more
