Would give them less is possible. So sick of this dealership in every way. Bought a car from them with a defective tire in two days and they blame it on me. Schedule service for an oil lamp that is under warranty and they tell me they need to keep my car for 5-7 days to just evaluate the problem. Why not schedule me in 7 days to look at the oil lamp? This review is also added to Kia Soul Owners a group on Facebook with 28k members.. I took my 2011 Soul in for recalls. The Kia boy theft issue and the possible engine fire fuse replacement. I also got a power steering flush quoted $102 then told it was an error it was actually $145 I paid $125 ( got a call yesterday 01/21/25 Kia will refund the difference). In the meantime since the recall fixes and flush my steering wheel column no longer adjusts properly... It no longer adjusts low making my full control of my car uncomfo... read more

En este lugar el servicio es muy lento, además que hay personal incompetente , te dicen te vamos a llamar para confirmar cuando llega la pieza y no lo hacen,además de otros que gritan para hablar con el cliente, dejé mi carro para que le hicieran inspección dijeron de 5 a 7 días. Pero no te dan otro carro. Ahí viene más gasto de dinero pagando Uber para hacer todo, hasta trabajar. I have never written a 1 star review, PLEASE READ FULLY. With an Appt, I brought my car in to be looked at. I was told the issue should take 5-7 days to fix. It sat in their lot for 2 weeks without even being looked at. I know this because my car logs every ride online. After 11 days, I started calling every day for an "update," even though I knew it wasn't touched, just to try to get the ball rolling.
