Had a sales representative who reached out to me personally after receiving a phone call from one of his previous customers (my mom). He was exceptionally helpful, worked with what I was willing to pay, negotiated and was patient throughout the entire process. He let us test drive the car, ON OUR OWN! Which is huge, since other dealerships we went to had their sales rep in the car, that didn’t make it as comfortable for me.
