i went to kia of port charlotte to purchase a used 2025 mazda 23000 miles. spoke to salesman was very helpful,then took a drive and liked the car,i was going to trade my mazda in they offered 12500. ok but the the car was on sale for 34500. so 12500 minus thats 22000. so they added tax ok 1320.then dealer fee 2500. = 25,700. then reg ,prep 500. ok i get 26,200. now they show me invoice they wnt out the door 30,000 ,this was a cash deal. so wheres the other 3800 come from. i left the dealer ship with a very bitter taste i wi... read more
Absolute sham of a dealership! I bought a used 2014 Kia Sportage and after only a month I have an AC unit that completely shut off during the hottest months of the year! After being given only vague answers and complete ghosting, I brought the car into service and they had the gall to try and charge me over $300 for a "Diagnosis fee" just to put some dye in the car and see what happens!
