They are all a bunch of liars and pull you through the ringer, just to give you your vehicle worse then what it was brought in for. They are the ones that left my oil cap off after my last oil change and they don't care how much time, money and stress this has caused me. They tell you work is complete after 4 days of having your vehicle and then did absolutely nothing to fix their mistake!! And it was smoking so bad from the oil all over my engine and told me it would be fine!!
Worse place to by a used car KIA ********************** Park I traded in my car for an unsafe ************ .It took a finder ****** accident to find out the Camry was unsafe to drive and shouldn't been driven off the car lot says my insurance inspector and Gerber collision . ****** fixed my car and made It safe for me to drive but didn't get paid for fixing what was unsafe underneath the car; making the car unsafe to drive. I made a bad deal ??
This Company lied and committed fraudulent acts. They signed me and my daughter names to a contract that we didnt authorize. We signed a contract with them on March 22, ************************************************************************ their bank for the same car and my daughter and myself was shocked, that they had one contract for March 22, 2024 and one for March 30, 2024. They really are very inconsiderate when it come to their customers time. My appointment was at 10am this morning and as Im writing this Im still waiting and its 5:31 . I had to wait for me to be denied for a lifetime warranty that we have on that car and then they keep telling me it will be one hour or ************************************************** sitting here for hours, and not being told what to do next. Retired Marine disabled bought a 2020 ************** and had to take it back 3 times for them to replace the transmission the last replaced transmission was 2 months ago they said it was the module or the brain box now the reading says check brake light or check daytime running lights or tail lights several times before they think it it's fixed well its not have to make another trip to ************ can someone tell me what to do

The sales rep lied and told me the pre credit approval was a soft pull. I text him to confirm this . He responded and told me yes it is a soft pull. I fill out the application and get notified i had a credit inquiry on my credit report. I was only shopping at that point. I wasnt ready to pull the trigger just yet .
Love my Kia Purchased a 2011 Optima from Kia of Orange Park last week and love the way this car looks and drive. I did most of the work on line prior to my visit and they had the car that I wanted detailed and ready for delivery. The paper work and finance went smooth and quickly and they called me couple of days later to make sure that everything was OK and I was still happy with my purchase.
