Had oil change , tires rotated , mulipoint inspection, waited while work was done. Very satisfied with the work and the time it took.
I have a 2020 Kia Sportage and Kia of Lynchburg is the only place that has serviced my vehicle. I purchased my Kia at the Lynchburg facility. Stephanie is amazing and is very knowledgable about Kia vehicles. She always greets us in a friendly manner, communicates well on the status of our Kia and checks us out on the service that was completed. We will always take our Kia to the Lynchburg facility to have all our work completed.

I've worked with several different local and out-of-town dealerships, and Kia Lynchburg has surpassed them all. Their ability to communicate well, follow-up in an appropriate time, and also say sorry, when sorry may be needed is a huge asset to the effectiveness of the service department. I have not dealt with the sales department, but the service department(Stephanie specifically) has been wonderful to work with on multiple occasions. Wouldn't want to take my Kia Telluride anywhere else.
The environment at this dealership was very welcoming and low-pressure, which made looking at different cars much more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly patient as they answered all my questions about features and safety ratings without making me feel rushed. I liked how clean and modern the showroom felt, and they even had a comfortable area to wait while getting more information.
