Very nice and attentive crew
Service is slow and poor. Went in for an oil change and waited hours.
I had a great experience at Kia of Lynchburg. The sales rep Rudy was awesome. He helped me get the car I wanted and I drove it right off the lot. I love my 2026 Kia Niro EX hybrid. It's a sweet blue color and it's stunning. She gets great gas milage and it's very roomy. It's more like a crossover/ small SUV .... But the EX trim gives you the most bang for your buck. The cars not a lambo.... But it's peppy enough to get you where you need to go... Very efficiently! And look good doing it.
Had an amazing experience Rudy was very helpful
