So, just a few minutes ago while my husband was checking over some things (because we spend a lot of time on the road) he decided to take a peek at the air filter. Service department is an absolute joke. Communication is comically bad. If you need service, go to Roanoke or Charlottesville.
I came in to have my car checked out. Stephanie was very professional and helpful. I will definitely be back.
