From my experience, they have been unprofessional and have not answered when I have reached out to discuss. They have deleted my negative review, but I will continue to express my dissatisfaction as I have a right to under the Consumer Review Fairness Act. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I am extremely disappointed with the service department at Kia of Lynchburg. After bringing my Kia Carnival in multiple times, I feel like I am being nickel-and-dimed with excessive diagnostic fees. In February, I paid a $205.88 diagnostic fee for an issue with the rear entertainment system, only to be told there is 'no remedy available.' If I could give negative stars and scream from the rooftops about this crap hole I would. They are extremely unprofessional and frankly weird as hell. Paperwork is never provided, they will never answer your questions, they are rude and will harass you constantly. We are currently going through legal issues through this dealership. DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER STAY AWAY.
This is my second review and still one star. The service team at this dealership is not good. Left my car all day for update witch they didn't do and I had pictures proof before dropping they car off. Then they wanted me to bring the car back for another day. I decided to decline since I couldn't trust them to do the first time. The area service manager was great and wanted but this dealership need a complete overhaul for its service department.
