They replaced my motor. And it seemed like a great job. But it was hesitating so I went to see if they would maybe fix it. They forgo a $205 diagnostic fee. Very thankful that they are looking at my issue.
Service department (service advisor and manager) were very helpful dealing with unique issue. They worked with a dealership hours away to handle my issue, communicated with me promptly, and had resolutions for me.
Called the service department about two weeks ago. No one answered. No worries, I get it. I left a message...no return call. If I can trust a dealership with simple communication then I'm not sure I would trust providing all future servicing needs for my vehicle. Still love my Soul though...
