Excellent dealership! I took the train to Kia of Lansdale and drove home. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. My salesperson Lori W. is the best! The selection of cars and the price ranges will impress you as well.
Bad service experience. Quotes two prices when I called asked them to verify, then when I arrived raised the price yet again by $75. Plus didn't do all work requested.
The service is amazing. We tried a few dealerships before coming here and you could really see the difference in how kia of lansdale does business. Everyone there was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We worked with Steve, and I can not say enough about what a wonderful experience it was buying a car here. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone.
