Overall our salesman, Steve did a terrible job,and solely wanted to make a sale.. With no regards on anything other than setting up a payment plan. Couldn't even give us his business card and didn't have any information on the vehicles and refused to show us the other vehicle we took interest in.. Very unprofessional...we had to take it to a carwash,even though one was promised.
if it were possible to give no stars or negative stars i would wife's kia went out 3/29. my warranty is good until jan 2021. most likely problem was alternator. service dept. said we can get you in april 29. they blame they only have 3 techs, the hurricane, its not their fault. i just bought my 5th dodge from a local dealer not getting excuses. 7 mos. down the road. under louisiana law there is due performance which this is not. what is the use of a warranty which was a big selling point. dont have to worry went to a toyota ... read more
